Service and accounts
amtu offers connected-channel messaging, CRM, team assignment, Bot, AI Assistant, and automation features. Availability depends on your plan, configuration, and channel capabilities. Provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials.
Workspace responsibilities
Account owners manage their workspaces, members, permissions, and settings. Invited members must act within their assigned permissions. You must be authorized to connect channels and use the messages and customer information you submit.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, fraud, spam, unauthorized access, or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not submit information that you are not entitled to use or attempt to bypass access controls.
Content and processing
You retain your rights in the content you submit and authorize amtu to process relevant content as necessary to provide the features you use. AI features may transmit relevant content to processing systems separate from the main application server to generate and return results. Use these features only where you have an appropriate basis to process that information.
AI output and automation
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. It is not a substitute for professional advice or human judgment. Review outputs and automation settings, enable human approval where appropriate, and monitor automated replies. You remain responsible for your configuration and decisions based on generated content.
Plans, credits, and payments
Prices, resource limits, renewal dates, and credit conditions are shown in the application at purchase or renewal. Review them before confirming a transaction. Changes to your resources or plan are governed by the conditions displayed for that change.
Service availability and restrictions
We may restrict access to address security risks, misuse, or unpaid charges. Features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or technical incidents. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
